REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The refund accruing shall be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to approval of the refund request by our revaluation team. To initiate a refund, raise a refund request on Shree Anand Enterprises Center. Search for your order using Order ID or email address used during the purchase, to initiate a return request. The request would be approved within 3-5 days. Once the request has been approved, the refund would be initiated within 7-10 working days of approval of the refund request. The amount would be refunded back to the payment mode used during the purchase after receipt of the product.
If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by NEFT payment to your provided bank account. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective third-party service providers and brand proprietors.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
Each and every product and services rendered on https://www.oxypure.in are eligible for refund within 7-10 working days after receipt of the product, if they fulfill any one of the under mentioned condition:
- The refund or cancellation of service request will be approved only after receipt of the product by Shree Anand Enterprises; or
- The User has directly contacted the Shree Anand Enterprises for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues has been suitably addressed by the Shree Anand Enterprises alone in line with its policies and rules.
